It applies to our website zeedagency.com and to our applications on app.zeedagency.com (booking form, client dashboard, partner portal, and proposal system).

"Zeed" is the trading name of The Honest Digital Marketing LLC, licensed in the United Arab Emirates, and The Honest Agency, registered in the United States. The data controller for Gulf-region clients is the UAE entity.

2.1 Data you provide

• When booking a consultation or submitting a form: name, email, phone number, business name, website, business type, estimated budget, and any details you write.
• When joining the partner programme: name, email, contact details, and PayPal address for commission payouts.
• When becoming a client: company details, trade licence, billing information, and team contact details.

2.2 Data collected automatically

• IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language.
• Pages visited, time on site, and referral source.
• Advertising click identifiers: such as gclid (Google), fbclid (Meta), ttclid (TikTok), ScCid (Snapchat), and utm_* tags — used to identify traffic source and measure our campaign performance.

2.3 Your advertising account data (for clients)

Under the administrative access you grant us, we view performance data from your advertising accounts and store: spend, impressions, clicks, orders, revenue and conversion rates. This data belongs to you; we process it as a processor on your behalf in order to deliver the Service.

We use cookies and similar technologies through:

• Google Tag Manager — to manage measurement tools on the site.
• Google Analytics / Google Ads — to measure traffic and campaign performance.
• Meta Pixel — to measure our campaign performance on Facebook and Instagram.
• Measurement tags from TikTok and Snapchat when campaigns run on those platforms.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of personalised advertising in your account settings with each platform. Disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We share it only with service providers we rely on to run our business, and only to the extent necessary:

Some of the providers listed above process data outside the UAE, particularly in the United States and the European Union. In those cases we work with established providers bound by appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.

• Our data is stored on dedicated servers under our direct control and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
• Access to client data is limited to team members who need it to do their work.
• Dashboard access is protected by client-specific access tokens.
• We review access permissions periodically and remove them as soon as they are no longer needed.

While we take reasonable protective steps, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

8. Retention periods

After the retention period, data is deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct your data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete — request erasure of your data, except where we are legally required to retain it.

10. Minors

Our website and services are not designed for or directed at children. We do not permit use of our services by minors without prior consent from a parent or legal guardian, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with data without their consent, please contact us at privacy@zeedagency.com and we will delete it promptly.
